Your responsibilities would include:
- Developing KPI Tree for CORE - collaborating with Product Owner and Finance BI Team to build KPI Tree for CORE, a comprehensive Global performance platform for Finance, consolidating operational metrics and strategic dashboards from PtP, OtC, and RtR areas in a single location
- overseeing the end-to-end process of technical documentation preparation for SAP Business Warehouse Developer, including identification of all data sources, tables, and fields needed to calculate the KPIs, building a technical proposal of calculation for KPI, preparing a technical design of data model, and creating proposal of relationships between different data sources
- assessing the importance of the proposed KPIs in the context of broader business goals, historical trends, and potential future scenarios. Based on this analysis, make recommendations on which KPIs to prioritize and which ones might need revision or exclusion due to their potential impact and relevance
- reviewing and approve the final selection of KPIs together with the Product Owner, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy, and then submit it to the Global Process Lead for the final decision
- based on the KPIs and requirements gathered, designing dashboards and reports to ensure that the design is user-friendly and providing actionable insights
- conducting thorough testing of the dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and proper functionality
- leading and conduct training sessions for end-users, prepare user manuals, and other relevant documentation
- deploying dashboards and reports, ensuring they meet the needs of end-users. Monitor and maintain the tool for any issues or updates.
- Maintaining and Enhancing the KPI Tree
- acting as a primary bridge between business, Finance BI and SAP Business Warehouse Developers, converting business requirements into technical specifications, and assisting the Product Owner in transforming these needs into actionable items such as product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents, and use cases
- engaging with top leadership and key stakeholders to align on KPI changes
- assessing the ongoing relevance of KPIs in the KPI Tree, making proposals to retire, replacing, or introducing new KPIs based on changing business objectives
- planning for future enhancements and dashboard developments
- collaborating with the Finance BI team to introduce enhancements and new dashboards that reflect PtP, OtC, and RtR insights
- coordinating and managing the User Acceptance Testing phase for new dashboards and enhancements, ensuring a collaborative approach with key stakeholders
- communicating updates, new dashboards, and other developments related to the KPI Tree Product to end-users and key stakeholders
- managing Service-Now requests and resolving queries.
- Other responsibilities
- taking full ownership of the HGSS Process Reliability Report in Power BI, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate, and preparing the HGSS Performance Report on a monthly basis
- taking the lead in KPI analyses and insights within a specific stream, providing high-level conclusions, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations
- delving deep into stream-specific efficiency data, identifying long-term trends and implications
- translating project requirements into data requirements, gather data for projects, and generate insights, with a focus on stream-specific details, especially for high-impact projects or initiatives
- coordinating and manage stream-specific initiatives, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery stages, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals
- leading collaborations with Process Expert/Process Specialist/SPM for the designated stream's KPI performance, trend analyses, process performance
- on an ad-hoc basis, leading efforts to prepare benchmarks, advanced dashboards, and interactive reports, setting best practices in the PtP/OtC/RtR area
- leading CPI and efficiency improvement initiatives within HGSS for the specific stream by driving change and innovation, providing insights into structured data, and actively seeking process improvement opportunities in collaboration with Process Specialist and Operations
- managing senior stakeholders across organization and have persuasive communication skills to clearly present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- understanding and solid knowledge of PtP, OtC or RtR Processes
- at least 3 years of experience in data analytics or continuous process improvement/project areas
- data-driven approach, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to understand system complexity and data sources to translate them into insightful dashboards, reports
- advanced MS Excel skills
- experience with Power BI or other BI tools
- experience with Power Query/Power Pivot
- advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes
- ability to draw conclusions and define process recommendations and improvements
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to manage stakeholders from different organizational areas and create content matched with stakeholder’s need and level
- ability to work effectively and independently
